We are excited to announce that we now have 4 teams under The Wannabes Family. Please see below all our different levels of teams that you can join this upcoming 2024-2025 season.

The Wannabes are The Hive’s adult professional competitive company. Established in 2014, The Wannabes have performed and competed  all over the U.S. Over the years, they have placed top 3 at multiple competitions across the East Coast and even had a few opportunities to compete in California. The Wannabes hope to be leaders in the dance community as they serve as the main ambassadors for The Hive. Their members are hardworking individuals all striving to become who they want to be through the art of dance. (Ages 18+)

The Be Team is our adult advanced training program. The Be Team focuses on fundamental dance training throughout their season, focusing on performance quality and execution. This is a great step to be able to learn from our leaders on The Wannabes and eventually move up in the future. (Ages 18+)

The Bees Knees is our adult beginner training program. The Bees Knees consist majority of dancers/students that regularly take our beginner classes at The Hive. This team is great for those who are looking for more direct training and foundations on grooves. This team is also an amazing step into finding a community to push and inspire your dance journey to the next level. (Ages 18+)

The Junior Bees is the competitive junior division of our Hive/Wannabes Family. They are comprised of teens ages 13-18 who share a common passion in dance and working hard to be the next generation dancers in the community. The goals of the Junior Bees are to learn fundamental skills in dance and in life and to be who they ‘want to be’.
